2 CHANGES
Your resume

Your record counts everything you play

  • Wins and losses on your resume used to be wager matches only, so a player who mostly plays tournaments read 0-0.
  • It is now every match you play on the site: wagers and tournament matches together.
  • Your win rate moves with it, because it is worked out from the same figure.
Stream overlays

Pick what the ticker carries

  • The bar used to decide for you: the match line, the escrow inside it and the ranked badge all rode along, and the only way to be rid of them silenced the rows you wanted.
  • Each of those is a switch of its own now, in the Studio.
  • The escrow figure and the ranked badge start OFF. Switch either back on and it returns.

5 CHANGES
Your resume

Champions read by username, and a Prestige event wears its own trophy

  • The winner of an event is named by their username rather than their Activision ID.
  • A Prestige event finishes with the Prestige trophy, not the standard one.
Playing

A limited event says so before it refuses anybody

  • An event can be limited to players under a ceiling: so many tournament wins, so much earned, or a rating.
  • The card says what the ceiling is, so you can see it before you enter rather than on the refusal.
  • An event capped at nobody who has ever won one reads NO WINNERS.

Pay a teammate's seat, and find the match you are already in

  • You can cover one teammate's entry from the entry screen, rather than all of them or none.
  • If you are already in a match, the site now points you back to it instead of leaving you to find it.
Rules and ranking

The leaderboard is per Call of Duty

  • Pick a title and the board is that title: wins, trophies and earnings on the game you actually play.
  • Modern Warfare 4 leads the list.
Stream overlays

The ticker rotates, and says what is on

  • The bar cycles its rows instead of holding one, and names the event being played.
  • It carries your career total, and sits on solid ground so it reads over any scene.

1 CHANGE
Playing

Advance a match from its chat

  • A match can be moved on from the chat you are already in, instead of going back to find the bracket.
  • An invite somebody declined no longer counts towards a team's size.

3 CHANGES
Playing

Modern Warfare 4 plays the competitive seven

  • Modern Warfare 4 matches draw from the seven competitive maps rather than all twelve.
  • Each of the seven has its own screenshot on the match and the bracket.

A scrim is a full set

  • Full set is the only series length a scrim is posted at, because a scrim is practice and a cap on it was refusing real reports.
Store and wallet

Checkout counts your playable balance

  • Credits and Prestige can be bought with playable balance, not only withdrawable.
  • The checkout screens add the two together, so what you can spend is what you see.

6 CHANGES
Your resume

Signing in with Twitch, X or Discord

  • If signing in with Twitch, X or Discord does not work, the site now says so in its own words and tells you what to do about it.
  • It used to send you to a blank page with a sentence you could not act on, which is why some people ended up resetting a password they did not need to.
  • All three are working. If you are still stuck, reset your password using the email on your account — if you signed up through one of those, it is your email with them.
Playing

Turbo tournaments

  • A Turbo tournament pays credits by how far you get, not only to the winner.
  • The event page lists each band and what it pays, so you can see what reaching the last 16 is worth before you enter.
  • You are paid once, for the furthest band you reach. A bye counts as reaching the next one.
  • A Turbo can be free or paid to enter like any other event, and a cash prize for the winner still works the way it always has.

Telling the event types apart at a glance

  • Turbo, Switcheroo and Prestige events now each carry their own mark on the card — a different colour and a different shape, not just a different word.
  • They were close enough to be read wrong in a hurry, which on a board of events is exactly when it matters.

Stability and speed

  • The site now runs across several processes instead of one, so it stays quick when a lot of people are on it at once.
  • Under load it used to slow down well before anything broke. It no longer does.
Store and wallet

Your affiliate code, your signups and what you are owed

  • There is now a page for your affiliate code: who has signed up with it, what has been earned, and what has been paid.
  • It was possible to be owed money with no way to see where it came from. Now you can.

Managing your membership from your wallet

  • Your membership can be managed from the wallet page, beside the balance it is paid from.

1 CHANGE
Store and wallet

Buy credits from your balance, or with a card

  • Credits can now be bought from your withdrawable balance. Paying that way costs the credits' price and nothing else.
  • Paying by card costs what the card costs us to run, and that is shown on its own line beside the price before you press anything — so you can see it and choose the other way.
  • The buy screen says what each way will cost you and which one you are using. The amount on the button is the amount that will be taken.
  • Credits are still not withdrawable, whichever way you bought them.

7 CHANGES
Teams and orgs

The teams tab says when the field is hidden

  • Before an event starts, the teams tab tells you the field is hidden rather than drawing an empty one.
  • An empty list and a hidden list used to look the same.
Playing

Switcheroo events

  • A Switcheroo draws your team for you. You enter alone, and the draw puts you with players you did not pick.
  • The page is the drawn teams, the clock and the pot. While the respin window is open a draw can be run again, and the teams refresh in place.
  • The clock is the server's deadline, not your browser's, so everyone watching the same event sees the same time left.
  • Every name on the page is a link to that player's file.

A Switcheroo's pot, and what it pays

  • Anyone signed in can contribute to the pot, and the page shows it to the cent as it moves.
  • The prizes show on the event and on the board once they are set, and say so plainly when they are not set yet.

The bracket is the whole shape, from round one

  • Every round is drawn from the start, so you can see the path to the final before it is played.
  • A bye names the team it carried, in the round it reached, instead of leaving a blank.
  • Each format names its own rounds, and the seeds are drawn beside the teams.
  • The maps are open from the start rather than hidden until a match begins.
Store and wallet

A credit is 75 cents

  • The site values a credit at 75 cents everywhere it shows one.
  • A Prestige half-price entry is an exact half. An entry of five credits costs you two and a half, and the ledger keeps the half rather than rounding it away.
  • The referral card counts in credits on both lines. It used to show a dollar figure above a credit figure for the same reward.

A tournament prize lands in your wallet

  • When your prize is approved it goes into your withdrawable balance, and you are told it arrived.
  • Taking it out is yours to start, from the wallet, whenever you want it. A prize is no longer a withdrawal that happens to you.

A no-show fee is on your wallet, and says what it blocks

  • If you are marked a no-show, the fee shows on your wallet and is named beside the entry it refuses, rather than a press that fails without saying why.
  • Paying it pays back the players who showed up: the dialog lists who is owed what.
  • Owe two fees and you are shown two figures. They are never added into one.

23 CHANGES
Your resume

Your resume is tabs

  • Resume, Resume completion, EventGuard, VODs, Teams, Org, Who viewed you and Appearance, each its own tab instead of one long scroll.
  • The tab you are on is in the address, so a link you send lands on it and a reload keeps it.
  • Readers of your file see Resume, EventGuard, VODs, Teams and Org. The other three are yours.

Feature up to three teams

  • On the Teams tab, feature up to three of the teams you play for.
  • They show under the money in your resume header, for every reader, and in the X header you download.
  • Feature none and the header shows the first team you are on.

Put your resume in your own order

  • Appearance has a Resume order card: move Stats, Player brief, Games, Trophy case, Legendary, Integrity and Credentials up or down, then Save.
  • Your Resume tab draws in that order for you and for anybody who opens your file. Reset puts the default back.

Resume completion is a tab, with the percentage on it

  • The checklist has its own tab and the tab label carries how far through it you are.

Download as X header

  • Your resume header as an image: picture, name, stamps, money, featured teams, region, rank bar and trophies, with the EsportsAgent mark top right.
  • It is drawn in the look you have saved. If a look you were previewing is not one you own, the button says which one the image used instead.
Teams and orgs

Every team and org row shows its record and its band

  • On the Teams page and on the resume Teams tab: matches and events won and lost, and a band badge.
  • A team's band is the average rating of the players who have actually joined it, so it moves when the roster does. With nobody joined it reads UNRANKED.
  • An org row totals the same two records for the whole organization.

Organizations have four roles

  • Owner, manager, coach and player.
  • A manager invites coaches and players, changes their role, removes them, and runs the org's teams, details and page. No billing.
  • A coach manages the rosters of the org's teams, never the captain, and nothing else.
  • A player sees the org and changes nothing.

Org invites are links, one per role

  • A copyable link for manager, coach and player. Whoever joins by one gets that role.
  • An owner or manager can replace a link, and the old one stops working.
  • Somebody who was removed from the org is refused at every link.

Every org has a public page

  • Anyone can open it, signed in or not: Members and Teams tabs, and the earnings, trophies and record of its players totalled.
  • An owner or manager sets the clan tag, the colours, the bio, a header image and the org's social links from Edit page.
  • Each org on a player's Org tab opens its page.

The Org plan: seats you choose, and a cancel you can undo

  • Any tier can be bought whatever the size of the roster. Buying it asks which members hold the seats, and the owner can move them later from the plan card.
  • A member holding a seat has Prestige through the plan. A member without one does not.
  • Somebody who joins the org takes a free seat if there is one.
  • The owner can cancel the plan from the plan card. The card then says the date the plan runs to, and seats are held until then.
  • A cancelled plan can be kept after all, any time before that date: Keep the plan puts it back where it was, and nothing is charged that day.
Playing

Quick match posts your saved match in one press

  • When you post a match you can save it as your quick match default.
  • Quick match then sits at the top of the wager board and the free board and puts that match up without asking you anything.

Your own match offers Cancel, not Accept

  • A match you posted shows Cancel on the board, and asks you to confirm on the page.
  • Nothing on the site asks you to confirm in a browser pop-up any more.

Event pages are tabs, and the rules have a find box

  • Overview, Bracket, Teams and Rules, each with its own address.
  • The Rules tab highlights everywhere your words appear, counts them, and steps through them forwards and back.
  • A team row on an event opens that team's page.

Tournament entries, seat by seat

  • Each player pays their own seat in credits, or the captain covers the whole roster. The team turns qualified when the last seat is paid.
  • A Prestige member pays half for a seat.
  • If staff withdraw a team the credits go back to whoever paid them, and the players are told.
Rules and ranking

Every title's rules are pages here

  • One page per title, with the date its rules last changed, and the same rules shown inside match rooms and on event pages.
  • The list is Call of Duty and Warzone only.

The older titles lead with the console rules

  • On the older games the console rules are the rules, and the PC rules are a section at the bottom of the page.
  • Black Ops 1, Modern Warfare 3 (2011) and World at War have pages of their own now.
  • A Black Ops 1 match, and a console Black Ops 2 match, draw their maps from that title's own list.

The leaderboard says how many players hold each band

  • The rank tiles count every ranked player on the ladder in each band, and how many Agents there are.
  • How Ranking Works sets out the bands, what Agent is, and what moves your rating.
  • The ladder runs whether or not a season is on, and the page says so when there is no live season.
Store and wallet

Prestige is priced by how you pay

  • $22.99 a month paid by card, or $24.99 a month from your wallet.
  • A membership you already hold keeps the price it was bought at.
  • There is no free trial.

The Store says what a code is

  • A referral code entered as a discount code says it is not one, and a code nobody recognises says that instead of failing quietly.
  • A referral code is entered at signup, and pays 500 credits to each side once the new player has deposited $10 or more.
EventGuard and player lookup

EventGuard is a tab on every resume

  • The full report sits beside the rest of a player's file, for any signed-in reader, instead of only on the lookup page.

Player Lookup searches as you type

  • Accounts here drop under the box as you type, with no Look up button to find: press Enter, or pick one of them.
  • A row somebody entered by hand says so, and is never shown as out of date.

Searches show faces, and the useful results first

  • The top bar search, Player Lookup and a team's Invite players all show each player's picture, falling back to their initials.
  • Results with something in them come above the empty ones.
Stream overlays

The overlay studio is dropdowns, and the preview stays put

  • Every customisation option is a dropdown, and the preview stays in view while you scroll through them.
  • Copy overlay URL for OBS gives you a link you can rotate; the old link stops working when you do.
